A: The Online PBS Authorities feature needs to be enabled for each clinic. The feature availability is dependent on licensing agreement between IM and the clinic. Please contact Adhereon if you would like to use this feature
Q: Why do I need to enter my PRODA login credentials every time ?
A: Your PRODA login link to Injection Manager is cleared every time the browser tab is closed or when a timeout is reached. This is necessary to protect the security of your PRODA credential
Q: I’ve mistakenly answered a question and my PBS Authority submission is now rejected. How can I correct the mistake and submit it again for approval?
A: IM do not support updating of a previously submitted PBS Authority. To resubmit, recreate the prescription, ensure all questions are answered accurately and then submit the PBS Authority again.
Q: I’m getting “Bad request” errors when submitting a PBS Authority. What would be the problem ?
